Mr. Blackwell is the Director of Business Development of Zoned Properties, a strategic real estate development firm whose primary mission is to provide real estate and sustainability services for the regulated cannabis industry. Blackwell brings with him an abundance of experience in the expansion of retail brands both domestically and internationally.
Previously, Berekk spent time in developing domestic and international markets for Kahala Brands, a conglomerate of over fifteen QSR franchises including Cold Stone Creamery and Blimpie Subs.
