Designated Brokers wanted to run Zoned Properties Brokerage Affiliate Offices 

Zoned Properties “The leading experts in cannabis real estate” is looking for commercial real estate Designated or Associate Brokers to open Zoned Properties Brokerage offices in states throughout the country.    

Whether you currently run a boutique commercial brokerage, work as an associate broker, consider Zoned as one of the market leaders when it comes to cannabis real estate services.  We refer to our brokers as our boots on the ground (BOG) representatives.  Of course, if you have cannabis real estate experience it is an added bonus but, if not, our team can bring a seasoned commercial real estate broker up to speed rather quickly.  

We want you to be the go-to broker for cannabis real estate in your state, and we provide the support and resources needed to do it.  We start with a “go to market plan” that is tailored to each new state where we establish an affiliate office.  We back this up with not only financial marketing support but also the cross linkage of Zoned’s separate divisions detailed below. 

  • Advisory Services – cannabis operators throughout the country hire us to be their real estate experts. We find operators’ dispensary locations and other cannabis related real estate. 
  • Brokerage Services – Our brokerage works with Multi State Operators (MSOs), single state operators (SSOs), investors and other stakeholders to identify listing, purchase, lease or other similar opportunities.
  • Green Zone Mapping –  Zoned has proprietary technology and a mapping department that takes a great deal of the work out of identifying properties that are eligible for cannabis uses and extracting valuable information.  
  • Investment Services – This division analyzes potential Zoned investment opportunities from sale leasebacks, purchase lease, to build to suit.  

Our broker compensation package is made up of a combination of consulting fees and commission splits. This allows for our local BOG partners to build a commercial brokerage business and, at the same time, gain the skills necessary to become a specialist in the fast paced cannabis real estate industry.
